TheraQuick Version 1.10.5 has been released. The release notes are attached. (They also were included with the Update download.)

If you are updating from any 1.10.x version, then you can apply the update simply by clicking on the RunUpdater.fp7 file in the Update Pack.

If you are updating from 1.9.x, you should start the update by clicking on the PreUpdateTheraQuick.fp7 file.
